One Light meets the second and fourth Sunday of each month at the Cape & Islands Realtor's Association Conference Center in West Yarmouth at 10:00 AM. 

From Boston: Take I-93 South - Bear Left onto 3 South - Go over the Sagamore Bridge onto Route 6 East - Take Exit 7 Willow Street - Turn Left onto Willow Street - Turn Second Left onto Higgins Crowell Road - Turn Left onto Mid-Tech Drive at the sign that says “Yarmouth Gateway” - CC&IAOR Conference Center is the First Right.

From Points West: Take I-495 East - Route 495 becomes Highway 25 East - Take Sagamore Bridge Exit - Go onto Route 6 East - Go over the Sagamore Bridge continuing on Route 6 East - Take Exit 7 Willow Street - Turn Left onto Willow Street - Turn Second Left onto Higgins Crowell Road  - Turn Left onto Mid-Tech Drive at the sign that says “Yarmouth Gateway” - CC&IAOR Conference Center is the First Right.

From Points East: Take Route 6 West - Take Exit 7 Willow Street - Turn Left onto Willow Street - Turn Second Left onto Higgins Crowell Road  - Turn Left onto Mid-Tech Drive at the sign that says “Yarmouth Gateway” - CC&IAOR Conference Center is the First Right.
