It is said, “There is a spiritual solution to every problem.” We believe this is true - Spirit holds the answer to all of life’s questions. We believe spiritual awareness leads us gracefully toward peaceful, on-purpose living, and vibrant, spirit-centered action. Whether we are looking to satisfy our inquiry around health, the environment, politics, family, love, good and evil – or any of the myriad questions that beg our temporal mind for answers – Spirit is an always present and willing guide. We believe in the axioms “think globally and act locally” and “clean up your own backyard”. We believe that the mind is easily distracted from powerful personal action by a world of seemingly insurmountable problems and issues. We believe that we can give our greatest personal and spiritual gifts by focusing our full attention in a much smaller arena. Our smaller arena can be easily defined - from the bridges of Bourne and Sagamore, to the tip of Provincetown - this Narrow Land, surrounded by a beautiful ocean, creates more opportunity for awareness and action than we can possibly fulfill in this lifetime. This is the heart of The Initiative: to help create and center spiritual awareness within the people and upon the environment of Cape Cod. Please join us in this great adventure of creation.
